It looks great!! I love to have wide open spaces on which to work. I love finding vintage brass to have in my work space because it makes me so happy. The latest addition was a brass napkin holder that is now an iPad charging station. 🥰

LOVE your space! We have almost the same desk too—I used an IKEA countertop and those white alex cabinets/drawers too! Glad you got the keyboard. It’s such a dream to write on!

Thanks so much for sharing in my enthusiasm! :) I would have so much fun helping you create a creative space for yourself. Highly recommend making yourself a Pinterest board of ideas. Also, I feel like I've had little peeks into your space before with some bookshelves in the background if I'm remembering right and I love that.

It's beautiful Kristin, very inspiring! Thank you for sharing. I will definitely have to see if I can find a way to be inspired to be more creative. The slump is real! And I will have to check out that qwerkywriter! Very cute! And it really works well?

I'd love to hear what inspires you! Live plants, fresh flowers, candles, photographs?? And yes, the Qwerkywriter works really well! It's super fun and I can type quickly. It might not be for you if you want something that's quiet (I would have thought I would but the typing is actually very ASMR like to me).

the symmetry of it inspires me! Having all that space with all your creative materials out there ready to go would go a long way to being able to jump in when you have a thought or settle in when you need to write for a long time. Right now, I have work space but I don't feel inspired to do my personal journalling and stuff there so I am contemplating setting up in the lesser used dining room and see how that works. It is too easy right now to walk right by my basket of creativity to do something less creative.
